I originally designed this hat for myself, in memory of my dog, Haku.
If you knew him, you know he wasn’t just my dog. He was a guide, a teacher, and a quiet, grounding presence for so many of the dogs (and humans) I’ve worked with. He shaped me, my work, and the lives of countless clients and their dogs.
The little icon on this hat it's Haku. I drew it from one of my favorite photos of him...it's actually him.
When I showed the design to a few close clients and friends, I was just asking for feedback. But they immediately asked if they could have one too. So, I decided to make it available as a made-to-order piece. I'm not quite making a profit from this, just covering production and estimated shipping costs (about $5). This is for the people who knew and loved him, who want to carry his spirit a little closer.
